Ranji match was played here in Valsad at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Stadium. From 30 dec 2013 to 2nd Jan 2014.
A 4 day match was played to qualify in the knockout stages between Gujarat and Mumbai.
Mumbai won by 27 runs.
Iqbal Abdullah adjudged Man of the Match for 6 and 5 wkts in two innings.
Gujarat was in commanding position after they bowled or Mumbai for 154 runs in first innings and then ruled 2nd day by getting 99 runs of their 1st innings.
Mumbai were able to set a target of 175 runs for Gujarat to win.
Before lunch on day 4 Gujarat was bowled out with 28 more runs to win.
